Job Title: Senior Site Performance Leader

Overview:

The Senior Site Performance Leader is a senior leadership role that oversees and drives business performance at the site level. This includes training and coaching site leadership teams and other stakeholders to improve business skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality management system (QMS) trainings, regulatory audits, and customer quality agreements for site leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prioritized projects that drive improved business performance and increase site resources' skills.
  • Enhance key site processes including operations, quality, planning, and support functions to enable end-to-end flow.
  • Leverage external coaches to accelerate people development of site resources.
  • Partner with OPEX Director and team members to ensure standardization.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge in QMS with experience in USFDA, MHRA regulatory requirements.
  • Experience handling customer questionnaires, quality agreements, and secrecy agreements.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and Lean trained.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Six Sigma.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record implementing Continuous Improvement tools like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TQM, TPM, Kanban /5-S/Visual Workplace, Poke Yoke in API Pharmaceutical Industry.

This is a collaborative and results-driven role that requires effective communication and project management skills to drive business performance and operational excellence across departments and levels.
