Site Installation Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of site installations, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and tools.
  • Verify site execution plans, field cost management, and proactive site preparations for customer deliverables.
  • Maintain realistic material delivery schedules, confirm milestones, and support payment status verification with the Project Manager and Project Admin.
  • Plan and organize installation activities, site storage, logistics, and resources; request materials, confirm their arrival, and perform Goods Receipt.
  • Lead handovers to the installation team, clarifying scope, completion dates, and necessary customer milestone dates.
  • Organize regular huddles to empower the team, prevent interruptions, and maintain smooth workflow efficiency.
  • Achieve targets for variation sales, change orders, and collect costs attributable to others.
  • Verify installation quality, ensure completed scope of work, and finalize testing with equipment closures.
  • Complete successful handovers to maintenance, manage quality claims, feedback, time sheet approvals, and installation documentation.
  • Manage environmental aspects of installation, waste handling, and customer relationship management.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Ensure that installers, testers, and contractors are trained, certified, competent, and capable of performing each installation task.
  2. Guarantee site operatives' safety, motivation, and wellbeing.
  3. Identify training needs, communicate them to respective line managers, HR, and subcontracting companies.
  4. Develop and maintain a proactive and professional relationship with subcontractors, the installation team, and ensure they meet their commitments.
