Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Manager. The role is located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation process, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling installation activities, resolving any on-site issues, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role also involves regular communication with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Planning, and Scheduling skills
  • Ability to oversee and manage installation processes and teams
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Experience in the installation or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Responsible for site measurements as by communicating with sales team.
  • Taking care of installation team members , like attendance monitoring , taking care in their expenses etc.
  • Has to respond immediately for client queries & service related issues.
