Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in the installation and commissioning of a wide range of AV solutions at client sites.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and architectural plans to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform system configuration to guarantee optimal performance of all installed equipment.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve service-related queries efficiently and effectively.

- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Exceptional email communication skills to handle technical inquiries and provide professional updates.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
