Senior Site Reliability Engineer Position

Synopsis: We seek a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to spearhead our platform's reliability, scalability, and performance.

Job Description:

This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our infrastructure and applications. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems that meet our business needs.

  • Develop and execute strategies for improving system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident response and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Production Support roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Azure and Kubernetes (AKS preferred), as well as Helm/Kustomize.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitOps (FluxCD/ArgoCD), and Terraform/Terragrunt.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging stacks such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and Incident Response tools.
  • Proficiency in debugging microservices written in Go or similar languages.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills across the entire technology stack.
