Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Developer with strong hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Java, JavaScript, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in application monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, coupled with excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support production environments, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain tools for automation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
- Utilize observability tools like Splunk and Dynatrace to monitor and troubleshoot applications.
- Write clean, efficient code using Java and JavaScript for support tooling and automation.
- Ensure SLAs are met for incident response and resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotation and flexible shift schedules as needed.

Essential Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Proficiency in Advanced Java and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of Production Support best practices
- Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and incident management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts
