Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Reliability Engineer. The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of AppHelix's systems. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing infrastructure, and supporting software development. The engineer will work closely with other teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Software Development
  • Expertise in System Administration and managing Infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
