Job Overview

This Sales Executive role involves generating and following up on leads to close sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing property-related advice and information to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Property Advice: Provide property-related advice and information to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.
  • Documentation: Ensure smooth and timely documentation of sales transactions.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in either English or Hindi, prior experience in sales (preferably in real estate) is a plus, strong negotiation skills and ability to handle client objections, self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹22,500 per month, based on the location and industry standards.
