Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Manager to provide technical expertise and support to end-users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering desktop solutions, ensuring seamless user experience, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across functional groups.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
    • Desktop Delivery: Develop and implement desktop delivery strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize desktop delivery.
  • Requirements:
    • Extensive experience with Windows operating systems (Win 10/11 OS).
    • Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Cisco AnyConnect and CrowdStrike tools.
    • Networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN).
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in end-user laptop/desktop delivery on a global scale.
