Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the Influencer Program Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering an innovative loyalty program targeting façade & window fabricators in small to medium-sized projects.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance fabricator expertise and project success through technical certification, advanced training, digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms.

  • Loyalty Program Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program that fosters long-term relationships with fabricators and drives business growth.
  • Develop Loyalty Initiatives: Create targeted initiatives focused on technical certification, advanced training, digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms to enhance fabricator expertise and project success.
  • Drive Digital Engagement & Enablement: Deploy digital tools to empower fabricators to optimize project delivery and showcase professionalism and technical expertise.
