Learning Enablement Strategist

To drive business outcomes, we seek an expert in learning enablement to design and implement a culture of continuous growth.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in learning enablement, organizational development or similar roles. They should be strategic thinkers with builder's mindsets and high empathy, able to influence business outcomes through learning programs.

  • Design Growth Initiatives: Develop learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip employees to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner as a Strategist: Collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
  • Infuse AI-Driven Learning: Leverage smart technology (LMS, analytics, AI-powered learning tools) to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways.
  • Drive Certifications with Impact: Own the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications – ensuring employees are competitively differentiated.
