**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Quality Assurance Officer to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, this role is responsible for ensuring that all quality control and assurance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This includes conducting regular audits, managing quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

This position involves implementing quality management systems and continuously monitoring and improving quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage quality documentation, including records, reports, and certifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met

**Requirements**

  • Mastery of quality control, quality assurance, and quality management principles
  • Extensive experience in handling quality auditing and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
