Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist with 1-2 years of experience to develop and execute content strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, and brand/blog management, with a strong understanding of AI tools to optimize content creation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


• Guide a team of creative designers, videographers and editors


• Preparing script and content flow for videos


• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.


• Optimize content using AI tools for SEO, personalization, and audience engagement.


• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to create compelling multimedia content.


• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Stay updated with industry trends, AI-driven content marketing innovations, and best practices.


• Manage brand messaging, tone, and voice to ensure consistency across all channels.

Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.


• Proven track record in social media content creation, content marketing, and blog/brand management.


• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Grammarly, or similar for content optimization.


• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.


• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content performance analytics.


• Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.


• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.


• Excellent organizational and project management skills.


• Experience with paid content promotions and influencer marketing.


• Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
