About the Role

In today's fast-paced business environment, building and nurturing relationships is crucial for any business. At FACE Prep, the Inside Sales team plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our various business verticals by fostering partnerships that drive growth. As an Inside Sales Associate at FACE Prep, you will be at the forefront of creating and maintaining these vital connections.

This role involves working closely with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and developing impactful sales strategies. You will qualify potential customers and match them with appropriate solutions, conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects, address customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

We're looking for someone who can work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, while also updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline in CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify potential customers and understand their requirements to match them with appropriate solutions.
  2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with prospects.
  3. Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  4. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  5. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of sales understanding and experience. Here are some key skills and qualifications we're looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills (Tamil or any other regional south indian language)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with industry trends
  • Fresher or minimum 1 year of team handling experience
  • Relevant experience in edtech sales is an added advantage
  • Any UG/PG degree
