Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, setting targets and ensuring exceptional performance.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions for training programs and collaborations.
- Guide the team in new client acquisition, relationship management, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and customer preferences to optimize sales approaches.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting structures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in the education/training sector.
- Able to analyze data, forecast sales, and strategize accordingly.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Candidates must own a personal laptop and a two/four-wheeler.
