Job Description

As a **Regional Lead Sales**, you will be responsible for driving sales operations within the assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding partnerships with educational institutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring performance.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

- Establish partnerships with educational institutions for training programs.

- Guide the team in new client acquisition and relationship management.

- Ensure alignment of sales activities with the companys business objectives.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to optimize sales approaches.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting structures.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in B2B sales, especially in the education/training sector.

- Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and strategize accordingly.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required.

- Candidates must own a personal laptop and a two/four-wheeler.
