Corporate Governance Professional

An experienced professional is required to support the governance and compliance of a Japanese multinational company.
The ideal candidate will possess strong corporate governance skills, with experience in risk management, shareholder relations, and regulatory filings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the board in its governance and compliance functions;
- Assist in the coordination of consultants and other stakeholders;
- Provide administrative support to the company;
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws;
The following qualifications are required for this role:
- Qualifications:
- ICSA/ACIS qualified;
- Possess a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Secretarial Practice or a related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
