Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management at the division level, including planning, reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
  • Manage financial risk and mitigate potential threats to the organization's financial health.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage technology to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and possess a minimum of 19 years of progressive experience in corporate financial accounting, tax, or a related domain.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing finance teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian and regional tax laws, compensation, and accounting policies.
  • Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive financial process improvements and optimize business performance.
