Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial data, ensuring it is reliable and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor all financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close processes.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow effectively, considering customer credit and collection strategies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and communicate potential fraud and compliance risks to the General Manager and Partners.
  • Oversee internal and external reporting requirements, including projections and KPI analysis.
  • Provide business insights and define relevant financial metrics for Senior Leadership.
  • Present consolidated management reports, incorporating full financial statements and KPI performance indicators.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address emerging risks proactively.
  • Ensure report quality and compliance with Partner expectations.
  • Establish and manage the entity budget, ensuring its effective monitoring.
  • Coach, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Guarantee team training and up-to-date knowledge of finance regulations and company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • Deep understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS principles.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Organized, dynamic, and autonomous leader with strategic vision and strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
