Job Title: Business Finance Director

A dynamic Business Finance Director is needed to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting across global deals. This role requires a strong finance background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in deal pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting. They should possess strong business acumen, be proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling: Design, review, and validate deal structures in collaboration with sales and business teams.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Variance Analysis & Insights: Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and margins.


Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Skills: Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
