Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Channel Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, sales execution, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the general insurance industry, with experience in managing teams, developing sales strategies, and building customer relationships. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ability to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and sales execution.
  • Manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND ENGAGE WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the general insurance industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance certification - Associate level.
