Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the generation of leads from assigned banks, leveraging various channels across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies.

  • Cross-selling various financial products to bank customers is a key responsibility.
  • Driving customer business development and managing customer relationships are essential skills required for this role.
  • The employment arrangement will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
  • Scheduling appointments, assessing customers' financial needs, recommending suitable products, gaining agreement to purchase, and completing sales documentation accurately are critical tasks.
  • Preferring candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance.
  • Acquiring customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects is necessary.
  • Ensuring sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring timely policy issuance is crucial.
  • Exploring opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with the company's sales strategy.
  • Supporting other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills; accompanying them on client visits and demonstrating effective behavior.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
  • Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.
  • Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation is a must.
  • A strong track record and employment stability are essential.
