Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Raigarh

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audits, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounts-related queries.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
