Chief Financial Strategist

The Financial Operations Manager oversees all financial management aspects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role entails strategic financial planning, risk control, and regulatory adherence.

• Manage the profit and loss statement (P&L), balance sheet, working capital, and overall reporting and control processes.
• Develop financial business plans and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain finance and accounting practices in accordance with group policies, regional guidelines, and regulatory principles.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop tools and systems providing critical financial information for informed decisions.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with approved budgetary allocations and legal statutes.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies for liquidity management and cash flow monitoring.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and trends to inform business decisions.
• Offer insurance, legal, and taxation advice to management, collaborating with relevant experts as needed.
• Enhance the budgeting process through education on financial issues impacting departmental budgets.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on key business decisions.
• Focus on performance management, forecasting, and prescriptive analysis to drive business growth.
• Advise on contracts from a financial perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement internal controls, finance policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work proactively with leadership to eliminate financial and legal risks.
• Stay informed on external landscape changes affecting financial, administrative, and IT requirements in India.
• Ensure statutory requirements are met and compliance is maintained.
• Maintain Quality, Health, Safety, Environment management systems within the organization.
