At Great Find Recruitment, we are looking for a highly skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts and finance for a manufacturing unit.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Oversee GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance related to the manufacturing industry
• Conduct cost accounting, production expense tracking, and inventory valuation
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for better cost control
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliation of accounts
• Manage payroll processing and employee-related financial compliance
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support management decisions
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in financial records

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, with a preference for CA ICWA certification. They will also have 4-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and be proficient in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
