Application Engineer

Pursue a challenging role as an Application Engineer, bridging engineering expertise with customer engagement to ensure successful application of bioprocess equipment and solutions. This position is based in Pune and will require regular travel to Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

  • Work closely with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes that showcase the capabilities of our bioprocess equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre-sales support, respond to RFQs, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with engineered solutions.
  • Provide technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
