Job Title: Senior IT Asset Management Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Asset Management Trainer with 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to drive strategic initiatives for compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ITAM platforms and frameworks, as well as the ability to mentor and train new graduates and junior staff in industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Oversee asset management processes for accurate inventory tracking, optimization, and governance.
  • Lead software asset management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  • Implement cloud-based practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Maintain and govern configuration management databases and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.
