Financial Process Consultant - SAP CO

Financial process consultants are in high demand due to their expertise in implementing and configuring financial processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Implementing Financial Processes: Ensure that all financial processes are designed, implemented, and optimized for maximum efficiency and compliance.
  • Configuring Solutions: Configure the SAP S/4HANA solution to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Preparing Functional Specifications: Prepare detailed functional specifications and FUT documents to support the implementation process.

Required Skills:

  • Cost Accounting: Have a good understanding of cost accounting principles and practices, including cost center hierarchy and internal orders.
  • Finance and Controlling: Possess a deep understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheral integration.
  • Implementation Experience: Have experience in designing and/or implementing financial processes, including AR, AP, GL, COPA, AA, financial planning, and consolidation.

Desired Competencies:

  • Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
  • Working Knowledge: Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Enough exposure or knowledge on all S/4HANA cross-modules.

Bonus Points:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite/offshore model.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
