SAP FICO Consultant Job Description

SAP Financials Implementation and Support: A Key Role in Finance Transformation

  • This is a highly sought-after position for individuals who have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, conversion, and support of SAP Financials.
Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Bank, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Funds Management, Cash Management, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, and Overhead Assessment and Settlement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Identification, interpretation, validation, and documentation of customer requirements.
  • Design and deployment of Fiori Apps for improved user experience.
  • Assistance in Brownfield S/4HANA conversion/migration projects as an independent functional FICO consultant.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of SAP FICO project experience.
  • 3 years of domain experience in Finance/Costing preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Familiarity with Finance and Costing business models.
  • Minimum SAP Certification in S/4HANA 1809 or higher versions in FI/CO modules.
  • ABAP development skills are a plus.
  • Experience in using SAP Tools like Report Painter, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW etc.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively internally and externally.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
