SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead and manage implementations of the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a particular emphasis on SAP FI and CO module configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including integration with other modules.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Provide user training sessions and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provide accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
