Academic Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to drive academic excellence within our Faculty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient conduct of classes, examinations, and technical training programs. They will also foster innovation and research, strengthen industry partnerships, and promote international collaborations and exchange programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to Heads of Departments and teachers in designing timetables to optimize the utilization of infrastructure and human resources effectively.
  • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of essential information among students at the commencement of each semester or term.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate the enrollment generation process for newly admitted students.
  • Maintain up-to-date institutional data related to teaching and learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices on the university website and the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Conduct regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges and explore solutions in consultation with the Principal.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and examinations.
  • Assist the Principal and Dean of the respective faculty in preparing for scheduled visits by expert committees for institute inspections.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and the Centre for Human Resource Development.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars in various regions to promote our programs among prospective students.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in universities, colleges, or other institutions of higher education.
