Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT/Engineering recruiter to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record of success in finding top talent.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT/Engineering field
  • 2+ years of experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership position
  • Proven track record of success in finding top talent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
