Currently we have openings for Team Lead US Non IT/Engineering Recruitment Executives

We are expanding our team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.

Must have Hands on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in US Staffing.
· Should have relevant working experience with MSP/VMS based clients or Direct Clients.
· Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities.
· Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn.
· Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
· Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
· Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
· Create effective working relationships with management and peers.

5 - 7 years of work experience as an US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead on paper.
~ Experience on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP is a must.
~ Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.
~ Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
