We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, managing placement activities, and ensuring maximum career opportunities for our students.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placements and internships.
Understand the industry requirements and align student skills through workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.
Maintain a database of students and track their placement status.
Collaborate with the academic and training team to identify skill gaps and recommend additional training if required.
Regularly communicate with students regarding available opportunities and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a brand ambassador of Engineer Sahab Education in all corporate interactions.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Education, or related field.
~0–2 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment (experience in the education/training sector preferred).
~ Strong network with companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
