Role Overview:

The Lead Recruiter Healthcare Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for key clinical and non-clinical roles across the healthcare vertical. This role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to mentor junior recruiters and streamline recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles
  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and functional fit.
  • Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and healthcare job roles and qualifications.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Indore.
