Title - US Recruiter (Management Trainee)

Shift pm to 3.30 am (Night shift)

Location : Vijay Nagar, Indore (Work from Office)

Looking for :

Bachelor's/Master's degree with excellent English communication (Must have completed their education completely)

  • Willing to work in the night shift & willing to start their career into US Recruitment
  • Must have basic knowledge & understanding of recruitment process
  • Ready to work with pressure and achieve the targets within the specific time limit.
  • Candidates from BPO/International BPO/Sales/Customer support background who all are willing to start their career into Recruitment as a fresher.

Role & Responsibilities :

Understand the job/Client requirement.

Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles.

Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation.

Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.

Achieve your target within the given time frame

Benefits:

Boys you need to travel by your own(Petrol Reimbursement)

Recurring incentives Quarterly based on your placements

In-hand salary - 17.5k in hand /2.72 lpa ctc
