Overview

At Integration International, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead US Non IT/Engineering Recruitment Executives who can lead our recruitment efforts in the US market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Non-IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients in the US Non-IT/Engineering sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role, and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to perform their roles effectively.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 years of experience as a recruiter in the US Non-IT/Engineering sector, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
