Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across departments
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Manage hiring for roles such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, Support Engineers, Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, etc.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions and a great candidate experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
  • Prior experience in BFSI hiring is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles with efficiency
