Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and company website.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Candidate Management:

  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.

  • Advise on market trends, salary expectations, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, ideally within [industry or sector].

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
