Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT job market, sourcing techniques, and full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top technical talent for our clients or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other tools.
- Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, and project details to identify the right candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the candidate communication process.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates on behalf of the company or clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, ADA, OFCCP).
- Work with visa candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) and understand work authorization issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15 years of experience in US IT recruiting or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization categories.
- Familiarity with technical roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, administrators, etc.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
