Renewable Energy ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Service Engineer in the field of solar string inverters. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and provide exceptional support and service to customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our solar string inverter systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
  • Commissioning and Testing: Perform commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to improve product performance and reliability, and document all service activities, technical solutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Training and Education: Train customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems, hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters, strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
