Senior Engineer for Technical Support

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Engineer to join our fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and electrical engineering, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the solar industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical instruction and training on inverter installations;
  • Offering customer support via phone calls and emails;
  • Troubleshooting inverters remotely or on-site, replacing defective units when needed, and conducting site visits;
  • Collecting and reporting after-sales data to leadership;
  • Participating in team projects assigned by the team leader;
  • Holding knowledge of string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects as an advantage;
  • Leading after-sales support activities in a specific region.
