High Voltage Inverter Design Engineer

Marutee seeks a skilled High Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of high-voltage inverters. This role involves designing mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for power inverters.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unigraphics NX (modelling, drafting, plastic & casting design, generative sheet metal, generative shape design, DMU) and maintain excellent drafting skills adhering to international standards.
  • Proficiency in geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing principles is essential, as well as experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
  • A strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail are necessary to ensure high-quality designs.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop mechanical aspects of high-voltage inverters.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of HV inverter mechanical design and development.
  3. Understand high voltage inverter components including Power modules, DC Link capacitor, EMC filter, Shielding's.
  4. Knowledgeable about clearances and creepage distances.
  5. Effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial.
