Learning & Development Opportunity

We're seeking a Learning & Growth professional to lead training programs and drive continuous professional development across our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs and partner with HR, managers, and external trainers to align learning with business objectives.
  • Create blended learning formats: workshops, modules, coaching, online platforms.
  • Introduce innovative L&D strategies, including digital learning, gamification, and microlearning.
  • Design in-house training led by the existing team, complemented by external sessions from industry experts.
  • Partner with department heads and external experts to shape the curriculum.
  • Monitor training impact, refine programs based on feedback.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.
  • Champion continuous learning, knowledge-sharing culture. Ensure team accountability.
  • Measure ROI of learning interventions via performance and engagement metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to future proof the business.
  • Support leadership development programs and career progression plans.
  • Drive a learning culture through internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with L&D best practices.

Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in L&D, preferably in creative or tech-oriented environments.
  • Proven experience designing training programs for technical and creative roles.
