
L&D Transformation Specialist

We're seeking a Learning & Growth professional to lead training programs and drive continuous professional development across our teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assess training needs and partner with HR, managers, and external trainers to align learning with business objectives.
- Create blended learning formats: workshops, modules, coaching, online platforms.
- Introduce innovative L&D strategies, including digital learning, gamification, and microlearning.
- Design in-house training led by the existing team, complemented by external sessions from industry experts.
- Partner with department heads and external experts to shape the curriculum.
- Monitor training impact, refine programs based on feedback.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.
- Champion continuous learning, knowledge-sharing culture. Ensure team accountability.
- Measure ROI of learning interventions via performance and engagement metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to future proof the business.
- Support leadership development programs and career progression plans.
- Drive a learning culture through internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay updated with L&D best practices.
