We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our organization as a Post-Sales Support Specialist.
This role involves delivering exceptional support services to customers, addressing complex technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues to maximize customer value.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong background in B2B SaaS and networking fundamentals.
Responsibilities:- Provide world-class post-sales support to customers, handling complex technical inquiries and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues while coordinating fixes with Engineering and QA teams
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Background in B2B SaaS and strong knowledge of network and security concepts
- Deep expertise in switches, routers, and networking fundamentals
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher
- Working knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls
- Familiarity with 802.1x/NAC, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
