**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide advanced technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating service staff activities and services, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems, using creative thinking and analytical skills.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical employees, using clear and concise language.
  • Work closely with other IT staff to acquire additional technical and nontechnical knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related support service field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products, including Teams, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Associate degree in an IT related field or combination of education and technical training required.
  • Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware.
  • Foundational knowledge in video conferencing and audio-visual hardware.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Understanding of Basic ITIL Process, SLA, Priority & Severity Matrix.
