We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Production Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to business users directly, ensuring seamless operation of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to business users, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.">
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, guides, and knowledge base articles.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our systems remain current and effective.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9-12 years of experience in production support, with a strong background in SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python.">
  • Experience with monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M.">
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Self-driven individual with high accountability standards, who is committed to delivering exceptional results.">

Work Environment:

India shift (07:30 to 16:30 IST) with flexibility to work on UK shift too.
