Oracle Technical Support Specialist in SCM

This is a dynamic role for an Oracle Technical Support specialist to expand their technical expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM).

  • Technical support is provided for Oracle EBS R12, specifically across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize strong proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  2. Expertly manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  2. Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  3. Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
  4. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.
  5. Ability to manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional technical support for Oracle EBS R12.
