
Admin Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to supervise daily support operations, plan efficient administrative procedures, and ensure smooth work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to optimize productivity.
- Monitor office supplies, purchase materials while managing budgetary constraints.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
- Organize and supervise other office activities, ensuring a seamless work flow.
- Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness within the organization.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
- Foster effective communication within the organization to facilitate other business operations.
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agents to secure best prices.
- Manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and accommodations for employees.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, coordinating deliveries and commitments.
- Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Maintain office assets and ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are in place.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIP WITH Government bodies & police officials.
- Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budgets.
- Submit MIS reports on Administration expenses to senior authorities.
Requirements:
- Independence with minimal supervision.
- Excellent documentation skills using MS Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
- Good time management, prioritizing tasks, and adapting as necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong team player with Admin support experience.
- Proactive and reliable individual able to perform well under pressure.
