ITCS Enablement Specialists are proactive professionals responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to employees worldwide. They collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and implement service improvements and automation opportunities.

This role is a perfect fit for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support, and familiarity with cloud applications, endpoint security, mobile/tablet support, and remote tools.

The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for non-technical users with patience and clarity. Experience using or supporting ITSM platforms such as FreshService, ServiceNow, Remedyforce or Jira is highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • End-User Support: Providing top-notch support for hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure seamless productivity for employees
  • Multichannel Support: Delivering fast and effective support to local and remote users through various channels
  • Ticket Management: Managing tickets efficiently and escalating when necessary to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Laptop/Desktop Deployment: Imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops for new hires and tech refreshes
  • IT Security: Enforcing IT security policies and assisting in remediating security incidents or vulnerabilities
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues related to network connectivity, A/V conference tools, scanning, printing, and device access
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role
  • Skills: Strong experience supporting Windows 11, MacOS (Sequoia), and common business productivity software, Familiarity with cloud applications, endpoint security, mobile/tablet support, and remote tools
